Harrington will be responsible for driving plista growth in the U.S. and Canada following the company’s North America debut this May. Harrington brings deep expertise in developing, launching and growing innovative digital media solutions to the new role. She joins plista from digital ad platform Local Yokel Media where she was a founding team member and served as SVP business development and publisher services. In this position, Harrington was central to the growth of the hyperlocal marketing platform, building a national publisher network from zero to more than 4,300 sites in just four years. Prior to Local Yokel she was VP, business development and strategic sales at start-up Greenopia, an independent rating system for eco-friendly businesses, where she oversaw revenue strategy and new business development.

Earlier in her career, Harrington held business development positions at companies including iVillage, JPMorgan Chase and IMG. She holds a master’s in international management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
