As Technical Account Manager (m/f) you are responsible for the smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders. You support publishers, account managers and cooperate with our developers on all questions regarding technical requirements. Furthermore you are responsible for internal and external tech workshops.
Formulate, prioritise and convey technical requirements among international plista markets and top tier publishers
Maintainance of our long-term publisher relations
Support with integration processes into the CMS and AdServer through technical assistance for account managers as well as for publishers
Technical consultation of the publishers on our products and possible product extensions
Analyse difficulties with integration competently and contribute to escalation as well as troubleshooting
Continuous quality assurance of the consisting publisher integrations and coordinating and execution of incoming requests (Reporting)
Interface to the product management in the further development and the improvement of our products
Internal tech workshops for our sales account managers
Ensure an effective workflow via ticket management system (Jira)
Study in the field of business informatics, -communication or comparable education preferred
Work experience of 2–3 years in the technical project management/adserver configuration
Knowledge in the publisher and advertiser environment
Passion for web technologies and good understanding of numbers, analytical understanding
Ability to a determined and clear communication
Independent, structured and focused functioning
Business fluent English skills in word and script, any other language skill would be a plus
Open and friendly appearance
Safe handling with MS Office
